DGN Cloud

Overview

DGN Cloud (DGN Links Cloud) is a Hong Kong-based cloud platform built by a team with years of hands-on colocation, bandwidth, and physical-server operations experience. Its first self-operated cloud region, Hong Kong Zone 1, launched in 2026 around a focus on reliable, controllable, and transparently billed infrastructure. Four products are available today: Cloud Server, Cloud Disk, Elastic IP, and Shared Traffic Package. Additional regions only join the console after operational and reliability validation, so Hong Kong is currently the only sellable region. Developers can register with just an email address — no credit card required.

Plans and Pricing

Cloud Servers bill hourly or monthly (2026-08 published catalog snapshot; live console quotes are authoritative): from $0.0099/hour or $7.10/month.

• c1a.x2medium (Balanced) — 2 vCPU / 2GB RAM / 20GB system disk, $0.0099/hour or $7.10/month
• c1a.x2large (Compute) — 2 vCPU / 4GB RAM / 20GB system disk, $0.0174/hour or $12.50/month
• c1a.x4medium (Balanced) — 4 vCPU / 4GB RAM / 20GB system disk, $0.0198/hour or $14.20/month

Cloud Disks can be purchased standalone and expanded online with prorated settlement; Elastic IPs run on Premium BGP routes, rebind across servers, and meter actual bidirectional public traffic per address; the Shared Traffic Package is an organization-wide pool purchased once and shared by eligible traffic-billed Elastic IPs in the same region, with expiry reminders.

Data Centers and Network

Hong Kong Zone 1 public IPv4 runs on Premium BGP routes with organization-isolated VPC private networking between servers in the region; each Elastic IP meters actual two-way public traffic.

Highlights

• Automated delivery and live status: full instance lifecycle (reinstall, resize, start/stop/restart, release) visible in one console
• Organization SSH key pool plus in-browser VNC for emergency access; member management and per-instance operation history
• Account security: TOTP MFA, passkeys, email verification
• Public API covering account, SKU, zone, and image queries plus Cloud Server lifecycle operations, with Bearer API keys, resource scopes, and idempotency keys
• Prepaid wallet with itemized, auditable charges and monthly statements
• Support tickets accepted 24×7 (HKT engineer service windows); business enquiries target a one-business-day reply

Payments and Refunds

Prepaid-wallet model: top up first, then resources deduct from the balance, with every charge recorded as an auditable entry. Registration needs only an email — no credit card. Confirm live quotes and balance rules in the console before ordering; wallet top-up and refund terms follow the console and official pages.

Fit and Caveats

Suits personal blogs, API services, landing pages, AI app deployment, and dev/test workloads, especially developers who want a Hong Kong no-ICP-filing node. Note: Hong Kong is the only live region today — other regions are not part of the footprint until officially announced; catalog prices come from a 2026-08 snapshot and the console quote is authoritative; Elastic IP traffic bills separately, so traffic-heavy workloads should pair with a Shared Traffic Package.
