Network and use cases

Dual-ISP residential IPs are BGP-announced under real ISP ASNs (NTT America, GTT, Cogent, Cox), which is why platforms tend to classify them as residential rather than hosting — the core use case for TikTok/Instagram account operations and avoiding zero-view livestreams. The provider claims native unlock of Netflix, Disney+, Dazn, Prime Video, TVBAnywhere+ plus AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude); unlock success always depends on real-time platform risk control and is not guaranteed. China-optimized lines (9929/CMIN2 return) matter for users accessing from mainland carriers; the Cogent and Cox lines have no China optimization and target users physically in North America or with their own transit.

Restrictions to check before payment

Prices are quoted in CAD with approximate USD/CNY conversions by the store; checkout shows the binding amount. Stock rotates quickly — several lines were fully sold out at this verification. Cox home-broadband products are explicitly non-refundable; other lines follow the provider's IP-criteria and refund policy on the order page. KVM, dedicated IPv4, SSD RAID10.
