Hetzner Cloud Pricing 2026: Full Price Table After the June Hike
Every Hetzner cloud price after the June 15, 2026 adjustment — official EU table, the +169% dedicated-tier hikes, IPv4 add-on costs, regional premiums, live stock notes and alternatives.
The June 2026 price table in one view
Effective 8 AM CEST on June 15, 2026, Hetzner adjusted prices across its entire cloud server line for new orders and rescales (official reference: docs.hetzner.com price-adjustment). New monthly prices for Germany/Finland locations, excluding IPv4 and VAT:

First, dedicated lines (CCX/CPX) rose far more than shared ones — CCX13 jumped from €15.99 to €42.99, a deliberate push of dedicated products toward enterprise buyers. Second, CX22/CX32 are gone: the June standardization retired the old names, and the current entry line is CX23 (€5.49) and CAX11 (€5.99). Any article still quoting "CX22 at €3.79/€4.51" is using a pre-adjustment snapshot.
Two adjustments in one year
Before June, Hetzner had already published a statement on April 1, 2026 covering price changes that affected existing products, citing drastically increased hardware procurement and operating costs. The June round came together with a standardization of the dedicated-server portfolio (suffixes -1/-2/-3, limited "-1-Ltd" types, 512 GB RAM ceiling). The sweetener: significantly lower one-time setup fees on most dedicated servers. Existing contracts keep their terms, but resizing or reconfiguring a legacy server switches it to current pricing — spelled out in the official FAQ and easy to miss.
The costs the price table doesn't show
- IPv4 is billed separately: €0.50/month per Primary IPv4; IPv6 is free. Add it to any table price for the real monthly cost.
- 20 TB/month traffic included; overages billed per TB.
- Hourly billing capped at the monthly price — spin up mid-month, destroy mid-month, pay only hours. Great for ephemeral test machines.
- Location premium: US (ASH/HIL) and Singapore (SIN) cost more than Europe — CCX13 is €43.49 in the US and €53.99 in Singapore versus €42.99 in Europe; US entry plans use CPX11/12 naming at higher prices.
- Stock reality: checked on the official cost-optimized page on 2026-10-21, every EU CX/CAX plan showed "not available". Check live stock in the Console before planning around a specific plan.
What the same money buys elsewhere (verified Oct 2026)
- Budget x86: bytevirt VPS-2048-KVM-US at $2.50/mo (2C/2G US KVM) and NAT boxes from $7.70/yr — under half of CX23, but budget-network grade; fine for labs and light workloads.
- Free ARM: Oracle Always Free still exists, but in July 2026 Oracle quietly halved it: from 4 OCPUs/24 GB to 2 OCPUs/12 GB (official docs: 1,500 OCPU-hours + 9,000 GB-hours per month). The internet is full of "4-core 24GB free tier" tutorials that are now wrong. Treat reclaim risk and idle reclamation as design constraints. For architecture guidance see our ARM VPS comparison guide.
- Stability pick: even after the hikes, Hetzner remains top-tier value in Europe — 20 TB traffic, hourly billing and three low-latency EU sites. The real constraint is stock, not price. See Hetzner provider details.

Who should still buy Hetzner
- Europe-located, latency-sensitive workloads: FSN/NBG/HEL remain among the best answers.
- Heavy outbound traffic: 20 TB at this price has no direct rival.
- Ephemeral or elastic workloads: hourly billing with a monthly cap.
Conversely, with dedicated lines up ~170%, the CCX/CPX tiers now deserve a genuine comparison against Vultr, OVH and entry dedicated servers — Hetzner is no longer the default answer there.
FAQ
Will my existing server's price rise?
Not automatically — the June change applies to new orders and rescales; the April 1 round was the one that touched existing products. Resizing an old server moves it to current pricing.
Can I still buy the CX22?
No. The lineup was standardized; CX23 is the entry x86 plan. CX22 prices quoted online are historical snapshots.
Why does the Console show a slightly higher price?
Our figures exclude VAT; the Console may show VAT-inclusive prices depending on your account country, plus the €0.50/month IPv4.
EU plans show unavailable — now what?
Wait for restock or pay the US/Singapore premium; capacity shortages have been the 2026 norm, so validate against the Console's live list.
